Brògeal have dropped the new single, ‘Go Home Tae Yer Bed’. The track is built around tender folk instrumentation and the sweet, melancholy melodies that transport its sound straight into the modern day. “This song deals with grief, and that’s all I’ll say,” explains frontman Aidan Callaghan. “We were put in contact with Josie Duncan, a wonderfully talented musician from Lewis who had the words translated into Gaelic, which she sung beautifully on the track. It’s a wee departure from the usual sound, but we want raaaaange.” The debut album from Brògeal, Tuesday Paper Club, is out on October 17th, 2025, via Play It Again Sam. -Dan Peeke
